Terms and Conditions for BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS:

1. Quotes and Deposits: 

a) All quotes provided by BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 

b) A 50% deposit is required on acceptance of a quote. The deposit can be paid by cash, direct transfer, online using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, BPAY, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

c) The deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS.

2. Payments: 

a) The remaining balance is due on the day of installation. 

b) Payments can be made by cash, direct transfer, online using VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, BPAY, Apple Pay or Google PayTM.

c) BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 5% of the total invoice amount per week overdue.

3. Cancellations and Refunds: 

a) Cancellations made by the client after the deposit has been paid may result in the loss of the deposit. 

b) If BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS cancels the order, the deposit will be fully refunded. 

c) If the client cancels the order after the installation date has been scheduled, the full amount will be due and no refund will be provided.

4. Installation and Warranty: 

a) BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS will make every effort to install the blinds and shutters on the date scheduled, but unforeseen circumstances may result in a delay. 

b) All installations will be carried out in a professional and timely manner. 

c) BCS SHADES & SHUTTERS provides a warranty on all products installed.

d) The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Any defects that arise due to misuse, abuse, or improper care are not covered under the warranty.
