What’s Covered

Structural defects (warping, cracking, delamination not caused by misuse)

Faulty operating mechanisms, tracks, cords, and controls

Motorisation faults due to internal component failure

Paint or coating defects not caused by environmental exposure

What’s Not Covered

Damage from moisture, steam, heat, or harsh environments

UV fading or natural colour changes

Misuse, accidental damage, or improper cleaning

Alterations or repairs by non‑BCS technicians

Natural timber variations (grain, colour, knots)

Oversized panels beyond recommended limits

Products installed in caravans, boats, or mobile dwellings

Making a Claim

To lodge a claim, simply provide:

Your name and installation address

Proof of purchase

A description of the issue

Photos showing the defect

We’ll assess the claim promptly and advise next steps. Labour, travel, or reinstallation fees may apply depending on the situation.
